Research Interests

Michael is a chemical engineering PhD student at the clean energy research platform, specializing in cryogenic carbon capture and multiphase thermofluidic systems. His research focuses on CO₂ desublimation, frost growth dynamics, and heat and mass transfer phenomena in cryogenic environments. He has designed and developed advanced experimental platforms for studying frost evolution and phase-change processes under controlled conditions. His research is applicable to industrial high-concentration CO2 emissions point sources.
